Eligible Returns
We only accept returns and offer replacements under the following conditions:
• Product is damaged upon arrival
• Product received is different from what was ordered
• Product is past its expiry date
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, untampered, and in its original packaging
• Return request must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• A valid original receipt included in the package must be provided
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect item selected or purchased by the customer
